On the last Thursday of every month, we raise money for a different charity. Select stylists donate a couple of hours worth of appointments and 100% of each $40 Karma Kut (tax included, cash only) gets donated!
'Karma Kut' appointments are not available online.

cancellations and no-show booking policies
By booking an appointment you accept our cancellation policy. Please be certain to review the terms listed below. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Bowtique has a 24-hour cancellation policy:
We request a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment. This gives us sufficient time to contact those who are waiting for an appointment and/or to fill the appointment space.

Cancelling less than 24-hours before a scheduled appointment could result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service paid before you can book another appointment with our salon.

Clients who do not show up for their appointments could be charged 100% of the scheduled service or be asked to prepay before booking with our salon.

Clients who have cancelled less than 24-hours for appointments could be asked to prepay or pay a deposit when booking future appointments.
We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no-show multiple times or continuously cancel with less than 24-hours notice.

Colour corrections and appointments over 3-hours long require a (free!) consultation and may require a deposit. Please note that colour corrections can sometimes take multiple appointments over a period of time (on average 3 to 5) to achieve your desired results.

Weddings and large parties must provide a non-refundable deposit and a contract will be provided. No booking is final without a signed contract and deposit.

We require a 1-month notice for wedding cancellations. The full amount of the scheduled services will be charged if you cancel short of this notice.
